“LAZAREVI KONACI” consists of three connected objects, all three buildings are apartment type, each of them a mini rural household, equipped for accommodation of various categories, with guaranteed uninterrupted privacy for guests.
All facilities are apartment type equipped with bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living rooms, terraces and complete audio and video equipment. The advantage of combining all objects into the ambient unit gives the possibility of accommodation for more families/friends, as desired by the guests. Facilities provide comfortable accommodation for 10 people.
Accommodation of guests in a beautiful ambient of completely preserved nature with a large number of bird species, on a property of 5 ha, enable unhindered stay in clean nature / walks, running, hiking /, and in the winter period use of slopes for skiing. The size and the proper side / sunny position of the property allow the guest the immediate pleasure of contact with clean nature, the collection of forest fruits and herbs, mowing, watching forest animals / deer, rabbit, squirrel, colorful world of birds and herbs, as well as domestic animals that grow rural households.
Deda Lazar, with whom Tadic Milutin, the owner of Lazarev Konak, grew up with, loved his old crafts, and from the old masters mastered the original carpentry and brickwork. This rare knowledge is ready to transfer to guests in its own capacities and enable them to participate directly in the making of souvenirs from iron or wood. Technical support for the provision of this service is its own, adequately equipped hostel workshop in the immediate vicinity of the facilities in “Lazarevi konaci”.
