When it comes to natural beauty that can be found in Montenegro, I don’t think you’re going to find something more captivating and beautiful than the mountainous landscape in Durmitor National Park. The entire time we were driving through this area, I was in complete awe.
The fresh mountain air mixed with the natural beauty was truly breathtaking. I had never heard of this park before coming to Montenegro, and we only discovered this after looking at a map and doing some research — but it quickly became the highlight of our time in Montenegro. While most people who come to this beautiful country stick to the coastline, I can’t recommend enough getting up to the North, and witnessing this beautiful landscape for yourself.
